Extended Stay America Suites - Charlotte - Pineville - Park Rd

The ESA was very nicely located, very clean, and I found both of my rooms to be very clean and well maintained. On my 3rd night while taking a shower, the power in my room went out. Tried resetting the circuit breakers but there wasn't a master switch h for the section of the hotel. But that ended up not being a big deal because the gal at the front desk swiftly gave me another room and within 30 minutes I was settled in another room. Far too often people look for reasons to bitch and complain and make a bigger deal about things than they need to be. Example, several past guests complained about breakfast not being bigger. Well, you're in an extended stay hotel that has a kitchen, how about stop being lazy and cook up a meal? The general manager here checked me in and it was apparent that he cared about customer service which reverberated through the other employees there. If you're wondering why most Extended Stays have a rating well below this place, you'll see it when you stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Nice area, good location, no noise, comfortable.

I liked the price for the amenities. The lady (Monica) who checked us was one the very most helpful, nicest people I’ve encountered.
